Does High court has a power to only 'remand back' the case Under Article 226 of  the Indian Constitution?

High Court, under Article 226 have wide powers. However in extreme cases, cases may be remanded

thank you sir.....but under Art 226....can it remnad back to lower court......it would also be of immense help if you provide some cases or any other authority in support...

Can be made in  cases, in which the authorities have not considered some provisions as per law.

In some cases documentary evidences to be submitted.

I agree with Mr. Senthil and also add that, even in some cases, Some quasi judicial bodies are directed to consider evidences as well as documents submitted by parties
