Power of attorney

Dear Sir,

Is it allowed to sell a property under Power of Attorney?

is it possible to Register My Property under Power of Attorney ?

Yes. However, the Power of Attorney should be registered with the Registrar when the principal (owner) and the agent has to be present once. Approach a local agent available near the Registrar's office who will have the standard draft and assist you in registration.

yes,if anyone gives the power of attorney with the right(authorized) to sell the property then definitely he can sell that property but this right should be mention in the power of attorney..... Regards,
