Power of attorney

My father had purchased 50sqyd land in 1997 but that time he had not executed the sale deed in his name. Now the owner, who is my relative, is ready to give POA, GPA or Sale Deed whatsoever is convenient to me. I want to avoid payment of more stamp duty on that land. What would be beneficial to me Sale Deed, POA, Gift Deed or any other deed?

Dear querist,

 

In case you dnt want land then sale it some other person he will bear the fess and you will get market value of land.

 

In case you want land valid gift deed.
