Power of attorney

Dear Sir / Ma'am,

Im an NRI and for representing me in a court case I have given power of attorney to a relative to represent me in the court case. My relative is now unable to attend to the court because of health related issues. my relative whats to nominate someone else as power of attorney. I am not sure if this is possible. my question is: can my power of attorney holder give power of attorney to someone else?

thanks for any advise.

The existing poa should have clause to authorize the agent to delegate ,otherwise he can not delegate.

Power of attorney with latest photograph can be registered with Pension Paying agencies, only for the purpose of family pensioners and the same document can not be used for different purposes.
