My father leased his land to tenants A & B ( Husband and Wife ) for 50 years. A died and afters A's death B and her 2 daughters gave general power of atterney to a developer C to develop the property and to form a society and sell to various other parties. Now B also dies, in this case is such power of atterney valied?
