Dear Sir,
I have a query. Under MSMED Act 2006, even if time barred cases ( considering the law of limitation in the regular civil court procedure) can be admitted? We understand that this is not applicable for MSMEs who file cases under MSMED Act in the council for recovery of outstandings?

Dear Sir,
Limitation under a suit and in Arbitration is the same I.e 3 years from the date of order, last payment etc. Please do remember limitation is mix question of law and facts.
