GIIP is inviting applications for the 7th batch of the 9-month (full-time) Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Intellectual Property Rights and Patent Management (brochure for Jan 2013 batch and application form are attached). The program will commence on 7th Jan 2013 and is available at Delhi and Bangalore centres. The program is designed for participants with BE, BTech, B.Pharm, MS, MTech, M.Pharm, PhD qualification and it includes class room lectures, practical and mentoring sessions by Patent Agents, IP Attorneys, practitioners from US, Europe and India. The PGD program is divided into three trimesters - the first two trimesters includes class room training (540 hours) followed by 3 months of paid internship (July to Sept 2013). GIIP will arrange for Industry internship for all program participants.
On completion of the program, participants will be placed as Patent Engineer / Analyst with one of the leading Corporate, MNC, Law Firm or KPO.
