Dear All,
I am resident of Bangalore, This month I got Divorce and I managed prove that she is in adultery. In certain time during the trial she was punished for contempt of court, there was arrest warrant, fine & Etc. she thinks I have done all this to her. in the end I was not aware of all this will happen to her!
However, recently I came to know that she has filed 4 cases against me in magistrate court. (IPC 363,366,376 & 498) these are baseless allegations.
Her story goes like this, I have kidnapped her at the age of 16 (Now she is 33) and s*xually abused her, forced her for marriage.
I got to married to her 12 years back and because her adultery nature got divorced to and am still contesting for my 2 kids (they are in my custody) in the family court.
She wants to harass me this way.
Can anyone help me in coming out of this dilemma?
