I have an interesting case/client. The client would like me to draft an agreement with his wife that she will return to US along with him and kids after obtaining her US citizenship. Basically, she wants to live in US and he wants to live in India. With the help of elders, they have agreed to stay in US until they obtain US citizenship and then return to India to settle. He wants me to put this in agreement.
Did you handle something like this before? I drafted pre-nuptial agreements and some post-nuptial agreements but they are all about alimony, custody, child support, etc. not about freedom of movement.
