Possibility of revert back surname once changed after marria

Hello,

I've changed my wife surname after marriage . After considerable time , i'm facing problems in diffrent aspect .Can anyone suggest or advice ,if it is possible to revert the original surname

You can change the surname for the second time too by following the same procedure which you followed during the the time you have changed it for the first time.
