I and my friend have filed a civil case against a builder for his illegal construction. My friend is main petitioner and i am as "ANR" (2nd Petitioner) in that case. Now builder is trying to settle the case out of court with my friend and my friend is also ready. my question is, can my friend settle and close the case without involving me?
