Possibility of 498a and dv.

Hello,

I have got married on 6 May 2012.

My wife left my home on 13 July 2012 by making some drama.

She is not ready for divorce as well as to join me.

I want to send notice by Lawyer to come back.

I have question if she file 498A and DV act after this. Does we are going to arrest ? We do not take any dowry. She was at home only for 2 month. (20 days only at my home). After that (13 July 2012) she is at her home till date.

We try too much with social person but nothing happen.

Finally we decide to go by court.

Please advice me what is she fill 498A and DV after we send notice to come back home. Does police arrest us ?

File RCR immediately and go through the below mentioned :

rcr it is petition us 9 of restitution of conjugal rights in hindu marriage act if a spouse or partner does not obey his or her matrimonial duties then this petition can be filed well in your case if you have filed it before lodging of 498a then it will help you in getting anticipatory bail futher if petition is decided in your favour than wife's right to claim maintenance from also ceased as it the latest judgemnt delivered by the hon' h.p high court 498a is themost ferious weapon in the arsenal of wife your rcr will also help in trial it will not preclude you from arrest as the offence is cognizable and non bailable

query is incomplete

why she left within 20 days and what they want from this 20 days of marriage, who are this social persons what are they efforts to resolve your issue

because what made your wife who left you within 20 days of marriage and not returning back even after mediation failed through social person, what happened in this 20 days and why is she not giving you divorce

Something more is involved in this query as the querist is not comming out with the correct facts. Leaving her matrimonial home in 20 days and not returning back gives rise to lot of suspicions and speculations on both the sides.
