Dear Experts,
Kindly inform me that who is authorized by law to check the driving license, pollution papers, Insurance papers, owner books and other things like helmet etc, in a case of two wheelers (Motor Cycle), Can a Police have the power to act in this type of minor cases and seize the Motor Cycles or it is a work of RTO. If it is a work of RTO then how the Police Officer perform the duties, Did they get authorization by RTO.
