Is there any time limit to police to complete inquiry under 202 send by court?

30 days or specific given in order on ex. 1

but it has been two months since the court order under 202 to police station. As one of defendents relative in police department, they are making deliberate delay to send report.
Is there any legal procedure in court to force police department to act fast.
