If there is mismatch in POA name and the name mentioned in the earlier agreement how can it be corrected?
Sale has to be done based on POA. POA mentions names in full form while agreement mentions name in short form.
Pan card nos are mentioned both in POA & agreement as well.

If PAN Card No. matches, there should not be any problem. Go ahead. No correction in the POA is required.
