My father has purchased a plot in 1990 in Bhopal(M.P.). We constructed home on that and living from last 20 years and paying property tax.
1. Property is in the name of Person P, but after his death his successor's wife(W) and childrens (B1,B2,S1,S2) got the property
2. All W, B1,B2,S1,S2 given POA to son of B1
3. son of B1 given POA to my father
Now we don't know wife (W) and B1,B2,S1,S2 are alive or not and we want to register our property now.
How we can register our property, if any one of them death.
we don't have anything alse except POA and stamp of 100 that already expired ( as this is valid only for 3 years).
But we are living and paying property tax.
