Pmla

can enforcement directorate arrest a person under pmla act without the person being chargesheeted in predicate offence or without filling a chargesheet under 173 crpc ? does summons under pmla sec 50 contraven article 20(3) of the constitution of india?

An for was filed in eow Mumbai under 409,467,468,477a,471,120b ipc in Feb 2013 subsequently upon the fir the Ed registered Ecir u/s 467,471,120b .thete has been no chargesheet against me in the said fir or the Ecir whereas other person's names are there. It is been 3 years now the Ed has arrested me on behalf that I am not coming operating with the investigation
