I have a HUDA plot, directly allotted to me and its EMI payment duration is not yet over. How can I transfer/gift this to some one else without involving much expenses? Please advise.

You don't have clear tittle yet, so you cannot transfer/gift to any one.

Leasehold plots/flats can be sold only after DUE permission from the alloter.

building build on merger of 2 plots owned by 2 different people.   can i sell my property individually or a noc required from the joint holder
