My Brother worked in a service oriented company and he resigned from that company, but he didn't get his salary settlements from last 1 year, in a frustration he went to company client site and gave one forgery letter to client and took the systems instead of salary(its a company property), later company people called my brother and asked about this. he realised and gave all the systems back. but the company people took my brother and systems to the local police station and handover into station and they only put these cases on my brother(465,417,419&420) its a junior civil judge court. now he is on Station bail. he is a good person in a frustration only he done like that. he don't have any criminal back ground and no cases on him. can you please help me, how he can come out with out jail. we are ready to pay the fine sir.he got married and one month baby. if any thing happen wrong in this court, can we quash it in next court.or is there any settlement ways sir.
