Please help our neighbours old people

In our neighbours old uncle aunty stays. Their son and daughter in law are treating them as slaves. They by forcely took their home and shop property and even sale the shop and purchase another property on daughter in law name. Daily poor old peoplegot abused by their son n daughter in law. How can I help them.
