please help me in preparing my moot problem.
the content of moot problem is as follows.
Sunil, a hindu working as a clerk in a bank at Delhi marries Anita a school teacher at Ambala in Haryana.After marriage Sunil wants Anita to leave her job and join him at Delhi but she declined te leave her job stating that she has no objection to join him during holidays and she also welcomes him at Ambala at any time. Sunil doesn't agree to this and insist that after marriage Anita being her wife has to obey his orders. Sunil files a petition for Restitution of Conjugal Rights against Anita.
Here i have to be a council for Sunil-petitioner.
please help me and please provide the law points,main issues arising from this problem and the authorities that can be referred. urgent help please :(
