Please Help: An accused is charged under (IPC 120B, 366, 376), is it possible that accused party after giving the bribe to the police officer (Case incharge) may alter/delete the (120B, 366) charges against the accused? Actually, it has happened, so is there any remedy to it or what can be done now?
The FIR was lodged for (120b,366,376), and the statement u/s 164 was also done by the victim, And even in the chargesheet, only the sec. 376 is enforced. Now what to do?
