Question-1:
I am planning to purchase one property in Blr which is not yet DC converted.What are the docs i need to check before going for registration?
He gave following docs already ,is there anything else i have to ask to him before registration?
1.RTC
2.MR NUmber
3.parent deeds
4.EC for 13 Yrs.
5.Tax paid recipts
Question-2:
I asked for Katha and he said we wont get Katha for non-agriculteral property.Is this correct?
