Please guide / suggest me

Dear Law Experts,

I sold my hose land , around 1 year ago. Now, am not able to digest myself & control my mental condition. Because, it was the only one property which was a memory for my father. And, i have no property.

Kindly, guide me / suggest me whether i can get it back or not. Is there a way for it ?

Talk to the buyer of your property state your mental condition and attachment with this said property as this was a memory of your father , request him to sell it to you in the reasonable rates .

Respected Experts..
Need your advice in the following matter.

A property belongs to HUF(4 brothers, 3 of them stay in the house and 1 stays in the other city).Now 1 brother(amongst the 3) wants to buy the portion of the 4th brother and 4th brother wants the same.

what are the legal consequences regarding the same..
