I 'm a native of Uttar Pradesh . We are two brothers , his younger brother, half cut taxes on agricultural land plots are sold . When we are able to farm their land , the land of the account is the same . Parwarik partition a notary deed has been done . His brother half of agricultural land into residential Bhuupyog have confirmed . His brother is also stored near the ground . What further our half brother to the ground, there will not be any land rights problem please guide

उतरप्रदेश का मूल निवासी हूँ। हम दो भाई हैं, छोटे भाई ने अपनी १/२ कृषि भूमि पर प्लाट काट काट कर बेच दिए हैं। जब कि हम अपनी भूमि पर कृषि कर रहे हैं, भूमि का खाता भी एक ही है। एक पारवारिक बँटवारा विलेख नोटरी करा लिया गया है। भाई ने अपनी १/२ कृषि भूमि का भूउपयोग आवासीय में परिवर्तित करा लिया है। कुछ भूमि भाई ने अपने पास भी रखी हुई है। क्या आगे हमें हमारी १/२ भूमि पर भाई से किसी प्रकार की भूमि अधिकार सम्बन्धी समस्या तो नहीं होगी
सर मेने कभी भी भूमि के विक्रेय पत्र या भु उपयोग परिवर्तन के किसी भी कागज पर हस्ताक्सर नही किए फिर क्य 1/2 भूमि का भूप्योग परिवर्तन हू सकता है जबकि भूमि पैतृक व सयुंक्त खाता है अब क्या खाता अलग करने में कोई परेसानी हो सकती है क्योकि भाई कानूनी सहयोग नान्ही केरेगा सुझाव दे sir english gyan kam hai
