Please advise

i had appealled in the high court against a SEC138 complaint for quashing. The honorable high court was pleased to quash complaints against me in December, 2015. can the complainant go to the supreme court to challenge the order of the highcourt now? will the supreme court issue a notice to me if any appeal is filed against the said order?

please advise.

Yes you may file caveat. It is procedure. You may file caveat and you will be apprised when any action is taken by the opposite party. Also the time limit is 90 days.
