Planning to purchase property

Hi,

I am planning to purchase a property - a constructed house - in bangalore. As per the will document prepared by the owners late grandfather, the owner cannot sell the property till she is alive. Once her death, the owners children can sell the mentioned property.

1. If children gave the consgined along with owner, is it ok to purchase the property?

2. Can i get the bank home loan on this property?

3. is there any risk on purchasing the document? Can children turned up once again as the owner during the course of time or after owners death?

Regards,

Idris
