Dear All,

In view of the Punjab & Haryana Hight's judgement infavour of G4 Security Services and subsequent circular of PF authrories, what will be the present position. Whether we can show basic lesser than the mimimum wage for the purpose of PF deduction.

Kindly throw a light on this.
