Sir,
Please provide me a sample of divorce petition initiated by financially independent wife having a child of 2 years. Also guide me whether it is advisable to her to wait sometime before filing this suit as the husband is not willing to give her the decree easily. The husband and wife stay separately for the last one and half year.
