I am a IT profession and i am working in a it software company member of Nasscom , My company done a full and final settlement after a project has been canceled by the client . so they have money problem and they fired lots of their employee and done a full and final (FNF) settlement .they given a cheque of date after 30 days from the firing date, and after sometime they were closed his company account from the bank , and sent me a mail that they have some signing problem after a time it has been resolved so please deposit their cheque after 15 days, and after days they call they were deposite my salary in respected account,after so now lots of time spent and only one left for the end of 3 month of issuing cheque date. i have mailed to coo so many time ,but he did nothing.so please tell what should i do for this?
