superannuated on 30th June 2017 but gratuity was not paid under
the pretext that departmental enquiry is pending. now the departmental
enquiry is concluded and exonerated from all the allegations. now the
ceiling of gratuity applicable is Rs.10 lakh or Rs.20 lakh ( superannuation date
is 30.06.2017 but gratuity payment order is 23rd July 2018.) shall be thankful
and grateful for guidance.

The enhanced gratuity limit of Rs. 20 lakhs is applicable only from 28.3.2018 for those who retire/quit from service on from that date.
Since you retired earlier, the enhanced limit is not applicable to you.
