Sir, i was entitled for 'Yantrik Pay' for Rs. 6200 along with Basic Pay in my previous service [ i.a.w. the Gazette of India No.512 dated 25 Jul 2016, Extraordinary-Part-II-Section-3, Subsection(i), Page 35 ]. Now I have joined new appointment, where this Yantrik Pay concept not available, through proper channel on technical resignation through UPSC. My question is will this “Yantrik pay” along with "Basic Pay' will be protected as my Pay protection (Previous and new organization both are Central Government).
