Passport release judgement

Hi All,

I need help in interpreting this judgement for sureties given in HC for my passport release.

"The Trial court is directed to issue passport XXXXXXX of the petitioner to him with subject to execution of personal bond by the petitioner with two sureties for a sum of Rs. 3,00,000/-."

1. Is this correct to say that I execute a bond of Rs. 3,00,000/-  with two sureities signing the bond.

                                            or

2. I execute a bond of Rs. 3,00,000/- with also sureties giving sureity worth Rs 3,00,000/- each

                                            or

3. I execute a bond of Rs 3,00,000/- with also sureties giving sum equivalent to Rs. 3,00,000/-

The trial court people have no idea of what exactly the above directive from HC mean and they are going with

option 2.

Any help is highly appreciated.
