Passport clarification required by regional passport office

MY SON APPLIED FOR PASSPORT AND HE GOT THE SAME. WHILEANSWERING IF HIS MOTHER EVER TRAVELLED BY PASSPORT, HE REPLIED IN NEGATIVE. THE TRUTH IS SHE HAD TRAVELLED WITH A PASSPORT ABOUT 25(TWENTY FIVE) YEARS BEFORE. NOW A NOTICE HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY US U/S 12(1)(b) OF PASSPORT ACT, 1967 TO FURNISH A FRESH EXPLANATION WITH CORRECT DETAILS.
