Passport Noc

Tenant asking Noc for passport so as an owner what precaution I should take care while giving Noc to society so they can give Noc from society.

NOC should clearly state that he is only an occupier and not a tenant and residing at the flat for a certain period.

and the rentals are not overdue.  The NOC only shows that tenant is known to owner since long as a resident in that apartment/house.
