Party in person

Hello everyone, I'm the Respondent in criminal case, under which section I can be allowed to appear before the court to appear in person without advocate? As 302(2) crpc is for complainant or one who is conducting prosecution, then for Respondent which section is applicable?

Dont take risk of fighting case yourself. Times are changed now, good counsels are available via free legal aid in court premises itself. You may avail them and secure yourself.
