Partnership deed

There are are two partners. One is a indian resident and other is a NRI. They want to enter into partnership agreement. the place of business will be mumbai. The queries are 1. can the indian resident signs the partnership deed in mumbai and NRI partner sign the deed in UK. 2. What will be the date of execution of partnership deed.

Yes both the person can sign the deed at their respective places .

The date of execuion will be the date later signed by the person .
