Partition suite court fee

Dear expert, I'm planning to file partition suite on ancestral property worth some 3 crores, one of my frnd told for this I have to deposit 10% of property value to court is this true.. actually there are atleast 6 eligible persons persons who get stake in this.. please let me what is court fee I have to pay for a property value 3 crores.
