in case of a partition suit in a district court in banglore, and me being the decree holder
1. does a mere appeal filing by one of the defendant grants a automatic stay on my execution or it depends on the trial judge to allow the execution?.
2. is execution petition required only if i am unable to execute the decree usng personal or police force or is it a procedure to file the execution petition
after final decree
3. if the property is in possess of one of the legal heir, how does the execution takes place after final decree. does all the remaining legal heirs gets access to the property even though there is a single entrance to the property
4. if sale is the option and if one of the legal heirs objects to it and prefers physical partition, will other legal heir still gets acces to their share of the property until the objection is heared?
