Hello Sir,
My father had purchased 15 acre agri land on my name and 12 acres land
on my younger brother name when we were minor. Now both of us major and married.
I had left my native place by leaving my family with in-laws place in year 2008
and went to Pune to join painting job for housing and apt project.
Last fast 5 years my brother was collected all agri land income (8 lakh)coming from my agri land (15 acres).Now he is not ready to give back my money 6Lac (8-2 Lac for brother) and land (which is on my name) unless I give my 50% earning made from my painting job and also asking 50% agri land (7.5 acres) registered on my name and not ready to share 50% agri land registered on his name with me.
All efforts have failed to convince him to partition agri land equally between both of us.
Now I want to take legal path to recover my agri land and revenue came from my agri land.
Can you please clarify and advise on following points?
2) How to recover my agri land and money from my brother
3) How to ask him to stay away from my agri land till the case is closed in court
What is best law suit I can initiate on the above said issue.
