Dear Sirs,
On the basis of father's income, mother acquired property. Two sons and their families and a daughter and
her family members. Daughter marriage was held before the year 2005. i. e. 1964. If the situation is being
this, kindly let me know whether daugher is eligible for partition of the property ? If, what section under she
will get partition of the property ?
The propetty has 1000 sqr meter consists of ground floor, first floor and second floor. Elder son, daughter
younger son are the members of the family. Father and mother no alive. If, the partition done in equal shares,
how the property will be divided ?
