Hello all legal experts,
I have 2 brothers and 1 sister. My parents were living with one of the brothers in a house purchased by the father. The house was registered in mother's name. Both parents have passed away without any will. My brother who was staying with them has taken possession of all their personal assets and belongings after their death. I approached my brother to partition the house and all other assets (personal jewellary, bank FDs and any other) that were in the name of either of parents amongst all brothers and sisters equally. My brother is not listening. Please suggest the course of action. Thanks for the advice.
