Partition of land under assam land and revenue

HELLO,

               I am a co owner of a jointly hold land in jorhat,Assam and other 3 co-owner are the sons of my uncle.earlier my father and uncle jointly hold that land and i am the only son of my father.now,serve a notice u/s 99 of Assam land & Revenue Act,1986 for partition of land by one my brother,not containing any date of partion or time.i accept that notice and have no ojection abount partition.But one day  in my absence my brothers bring mandal(who measure land in assam) for partition and put posts on boundary.Mandal also does not have any authorised permission.

                 i)Is the procedure of partion is correct?

                 ii)what share of land i will get according to Law?

 Partition suit must be filed in the civil court to partion of property you may do so.
