Dear Expert,
We have our family property (Land) in Nandgaon, Nasik district. after the death of my grandfather, my father's name is apeearing 1st on our 7/12 extract as he is the Elder Son, followed by my 2 uncle and 2 aunties.
We now want to divide the property amongst our selves equally, but my 1 uncle and 1aunty is not agree for partition.
please advise, what is the legal procedure to be followed to get our share in property?

Dear Expert,
A property in the name of my father and mother, it is earned and bought by their own. They are living in the same house. 3 sisters got married also got their property which was registered to them earlier but not this property (house). If my parents wants to gift this house to me, is there any possibilities to ask for partition from this house.
