Partition of ancestral land

Dear sir,

The brief fact is that, the property in question before the civil court is my ancestral property, and recorded in the name of my grandfather. There are also other homestead lands (not brought into the ambit of partition) recorded jointly in the name of my grandfather alongwith the name of other 3 co-sharer of my grand father.

My question is

1 Is the suit for partition will be amount to partial partition?

2 If the same is partial partition, then how can I overcome the same?

Your query is not complete as you have failed to point out about your father or other family members.

Any how it will be partial partition.
