We are three brothers, built house in the property belonging to my father. we have taken loan and built three portions in the property. The loan is not cleared and is documents is in Bank.
Now the Question is...
1. Whether we can divide and register the property on individual names amongst three brothers and take liability to the existing loan individually and make Katha on Individual name so that we can apply for BSSW WATER Connection Individually.

Sir,
Kindly mention the documents which are with the bank, and I think the laon was agaisnt the property, so the property which is with the bank is bank's property as long as you dont clear your dues and all .... Kindly show the loan agreement as well because as a matter of fact the loan agreement must be mentioning about the transfer of the property during the laon period will not be allowed ...
