Dear All,
My father and uncle brought a 380 Square yards of land in 1991. Registration was done on both their names. Both of them constructed their houses. my fathers house is on front side and my uncle house is backside of the plot (image Below). My father passed away and we performed mutation of the house on my mothers name.
Now my uncle is demanding for a partition and he wants the 224 sq feet land (right from second gate on extreme left) which we have given him for commuting purpose on his name. we requested an equal partition but he is not willing for it.
Kindly suggest how to handle this situation as we are not willing to give that 224 sqft land which would deprive us from our rights.
