sir, Me and my sister are both legal heairs for my fathers property,she got married before 1989,she got a son who finished mba and working in a banglore based company,earning more than 80k.my father got a 5400 square feet of land.now my sister is asking share in the property.how to divide.i gat a son aged 19years ,studying BE final year,what to do?

she is entitled for half the share in the land.50,50 for both of you
