Hello,I am anil, staying in pune.
In 2012, i have a booked a flat in pune. And at the time of booking, builder orally told me that he will give me a particular parking space. It was not written communication.
Today, bulder has changed the alloted parking space. Also, he is not ready to show the parking layout of building.
Kindly guide me that what can i do in this situation? Can i go to consumerforum ? or give me a advice.
