We are residing in a model town. Where there is no specific parking area allotted to anyone except someone own parking area in his residential property. There are Galis(Internal paths in Villages) which are obviously a government property.
Now our neighbors are parking their car in front of my house and blocking my ways after some days continuously. My car is always in my home parking. I told him several times not to do that as my father is a heart patient and we may have to go to the hospital at any point of time day or night and therefore need to get my car outside the home so not to block my gate way. But he is not at all bothering my words by saying that its a government property and I can park my car anywhere. No one can raise the objection. I have done many fights with him due to this. kindly suggest the way forward to get this issue resolved asap.
